What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept Mastercard,Visa, Discover and American Express thru a secured server, payments thru Paypal and all major credit cards thru PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

Will my credit card information be secure? TOP

Yes - Your credit card information is processed through a secure server. The information provided is only accessible to Kick of Love by Taylor's Baby.

When will my credit card be charged? TOP

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.  Due to the nature of our custom and personalized products, work cannot begin until your payment has cleared.

Will my personal information remain confidential? TOP

Yes - All of our customer's email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses will remain confidential to Kicks of Love by Taylor's Baby. We will never share, rent, sell or exchange any personal information, as your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Do you offer exchanges/refunds or cancellations? TOP

All of our shoes are handmade or handpainted to order.  Therefore these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our size charts prior to ordering.  Please measure the child's foot heel to toe and use our size chart to determine the best size.  Size charts can be found at each listing by clicking the pop-up page. If in doubt please email measurements with your order or email us with questions.  Once you summit an order please double check your order for errors and contact us immediatly if changes need to be made.  Once we give the order to the designer to be made we cannot change it.

 

If by chance an error was made by Kicks of Love and you received the wrong item or size we will do everything we can to correct the problem.  We value our customers and want to make sure you are happy.  It is our goal to make sure orders are completed and shipped the correct way the first time. 

If you receive an order that is incorrect you must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.  If we do not hear from you within three business days we assume your order is correct and no returns or exchanges will be given.  Our designers require this policy.  All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number and must be unused, unwashed and securely packed in the original packaging. If packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you.

Once we have issued an authorization number for the incorrect item received, your returned items must arrive back to us within 10 days in order to receive a credit or exchange. 

 

 

When will I receive my order? TOP

Most orders are shipped within 2 weeks via USPS, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the designers discretion unless otherwise noted. Special request orders may take longer.  If you are needing a rush order and require expedited shipping please contact us for rates prior to placing your order.

Occasionally an item may be back ordered due to fabric/material availability.  We will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

 If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments.

 

Where do you ship to? TOP

We currently only ship within the United States and select products to Canada. Extra shipping charges may apply to Canadian deliveries as well as Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.  If you live in Canada or in one of these U.S. states please contact us for rates.  

Kicks of Love byTaylor's Baby is not responsible for items damaged in transit.  Please email us immediately if you received a damaged product or package.
