Return/Cancellation Policy

All of our shoes are handmade or handpainted to order. Therefore these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our size charts prior to ordering. Please measure the child's foot heel to toe and use our size chart to determine the best size. Size charts can be found at each listing. If in doubt please email measurements with your order or email us with questions.

If by chance an error was made by Kicks of Love and you received the wrong item or size we will do everything we can to correct the problem. We value our customers and want to make sure you are happy. It is our goal to make sure orders are completed and shipped the correct way the first time.

If you have a special request please contact us prior to placing your order to verify we can accommodate your request. This includes change of design, colors and possible rush orders. Please keep in mind there may be additional charges for this.

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled only if Kicks Of Love is notified within 24 hours of the time the order is placed.
